My Vision

If you are going to hire me to train you, then you need to know a bit more about me. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years, and have been training and learning about fitness for the last 20+ years; it is important to keep up-to-date with any advances in the fitness industry, or even with changes in exercise routines. I keep myself active, and spend a lot of free time in the gym, working on my own fitness and working hard. This is so I can pass on my skills to others, so that they find it much easier to achieve their own fitness goals.
